Background
Resorts World Las Vegas opened in 2021, marking the first integrated resort built on the Las Vegas Strip in over a decade. KLA collaborated with the 3,500+ room resort to provide power and data networks to each guest room.
The Solution(s)
The KLA team installed, integrated, and continues to provide Day 2 support for the Corning Everon network solution at Resorts World Las Vegas. With a fiber-to-the-room and remote-DC architecture, the network supports over 22,000 ethernet ports delivering a high-powered software-defined network. Each guest room has an eight-port ONT supporting telephony, WiFi, TV, and other data applications in-room, as well as supporting employee network needs and video security throughout the hotel towers: all with 24 total technology rooms.
