As Regional Manager of KLA Tech Canada, Peter Sroka plays a key role in driving the growth, operations, and strategic expansion of KLA’s presence in Canada. With over two decades of experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, and technology, Peter brings a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and regional insight to the role.

Before joining KLA, Peter built a career in the telecommunications and infrastructure industries involving work with structured cabling, fiber optic networks, and AV installations across industries such as healthcare, government, and sports and entertainment. This experience prepared him to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage the technical and operational demands of large-scale deployments. 

Peter’s background made him a natural fit for KLA as the company strengthens its footprint in Canada. Although KLA has supported Canadian clients for nearly 30 years, primarily in automotive and manufacturing, Peter’s leadership marks a new chapter focused on local engagement and deeper client relationships. 

“Having worked extensively in Ontario, I understand the specific needs and standards of the region. That local knowledge has been incredibly valuable in helping us establish and grow the KLA Tech Canada office.”

Now, with a dedicated office in Canada, Peter is focused on increasing awareness around the full scope of KLA’s services. While the company currently provides network cabling, infrastructure, and DAS solutions in Canada, he is also focused on growing the Audio Visual and IT solutions offerings. 

“We’ve seen growing interest in AV solutions, especially in the sports and entertainment sector,” he notes. “I’m excited to bring more of KLA’s capabilities to clients who may not yet be familiar with everything we can do.”

Peter is committed to building strong relationships with both clients and partners. He believes local engagement will be essential to the company’s continued success and he will be representing KLA at regional events that support Canadian projects and communities. 

His calm and focused leadership style reflects both his professional experience and his personal life. As a husband and father to a three-year-old daughter, Peter finds balance through time with family, weekends at the lake, and hobbies like playing the drums and running. 

“Being part of something new brings a level of excitement that mirrors the growth we’re aiming for in Canada,” he says. “It’s a unique opportunity, and I’m proud to lead it.”
