KLA LABORATORIES, INC. HIRES ART RAUTENBERG AS DIRECTOR OF A/V TECHNOLOGIES

Dearborn, Michigan based KLA Laboratories, Inc., a 94-year-old family-owned firm providing a range of information technology and communication projects and services, announced today the hiring of Art Rautenberg as Director of A/V Technologies. The announcement was made by Matt O’Bryan, President and CEO of KLA Laboratories.

“We are very excited to have Art join our team,” said Matt O’Bryan. “KLA was founded in 1929 as an audio specialty company and Art’s wealth of knowledge in the A/V industry will expand and further solidify our current A/V offerings. With A/V systems being increasingly reliant on IT infrastructure, KLA can provide a complete A/V solution as we are able to integrate a client’s system with their existing network. His experience will further expand KLA’s expertise to our current and new customers”.

Art has spent the majority of his career in the A/V industry. Prior to joining KLA, he owned his own company that specialized in A/V systems consulting, engineering, and project management with an emphasis on sports and entertainment. The company acted on behalf of multiple contractors providing vendor/supplier management, engineering, and project management services. He is AVIXA CTS certified, along with certifications in Crestron and Extron, among many others.

In his role, Art is responsible for developing and expanding KLA’s A/V Technologies specialty group, including crew expansion, development, and vendor/supplier management. He is also responsible for expanding KLA’s A/V presence in the sports and entertainment industry.
