Henry Ford Health System
KLA completed the structured cabling system at the new Henry Ford Hospital, West Bloomfield, Michigan campus.
The scope of work includes installation of 25 IDF's with 20,000' of backbone fiber cable, 350 WLAN access points and over 6,000 Cat-6 information outlets. This was a very demanding installation and took careful coordination with other trades a as well as maneuvering through a portion of the hospital that was in operation.
KLA technicians carefully executed the installation in the operating portion to ensure that no dust or debris from the installation could possibly compromise the health of the patients.
KLA worked closely with HFHS to design the system to meet their exacting needs.
